To ensure transparency and fairness for all our customers, please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully.
Return & Exchange Conditions
Returns are NOT available under any circumstances.
Exchange is available only in the following cases:
- You have received the wrong product.
- You have received a damaged product.
Products with heavy handwork, heavy articles, custom-made, or made-to-order pieces clearly mentioned on the product page are NOT eligible for exchange.
In the above eligible cases, the customer must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue as proof. Without an unboxing video, no exchange request will be accepted.
All exchange requests must be initiated within 2 days of delivery by contacting us on WhatsApp at +91 7984919996 or by emailing info@aayuracreation.com.
How to Request an Exchange
Step 1:
Share the unboxing video, Order ID, and a brief description of the issue via WhatsApp or email.
Step 2:
Once approved, ship the product back to us in its original condition and packaging, including hangers, tags, poly bags, and boxes.
Step 3:
Share the courier receipt with us on WhatsApp for tracking purposes.
Note: Return pickup service is not available. Customers must self-ship the item to the address below.

Important Guidelines
- Product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.
- We do not accept exchange requests for size issues, change of mind, dislike of the product, or minor color variations caused by photography and screen settings.
- We record unboxing videos of all returned parcels to verify product condition.
- Products found to be used, washed, altered, or tampered with will not qualify for exchange.
- Exchange is allowed for one item at a time only. Separate requests must be made for multiple items.
Exchange Process
Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection, the replacement product will be dispatched.
If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a credit note of the equivalent value may be issued for future purchases.
Cancellation Policy
- Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled.
- COD orders can be cancelled within 24 hours by contacting us at:
